In 1989, Shane Jones formed his first human resource firm - Ace Personnel. That company went on to be recognized as one of the fastest growing privately held companies in the United States. Methods were developed which enabled the staffing company to reliably deliver from one to one hundred people on a moment's notice. Shane's systems for measuring performance enabled his clients to decrease their turnover, increase the caliber of their workforce, and ultimately obtain increases in productivity and profitability.
